Who are we?
We are a small team with a huge task. 1:1 Digital Programs provides centralized device operational support to all MSCS district-managed schools. We manage the procurement, distribution, and maintenance of devices for students in our district. We ensure that all eligible students have access to a digital device for use in the instructional environment to access digital or technological resources as a means to transform teaching and learning and develop digitally literate learners.
Device Life Cycle
We are a TEAM! We work with district partners as a cross-functional team to provide students with devices. Devices are assessed and selected based on how they will best support student instructional needs and technology integration in the classroom. Devices are imaged with MSCS software for a safe and comprehensive online experience. Students are assigned a 1:1 device in the PowerSchool system. Devices are prepared, assigned, and delivered to schools for distribution to students. We manage all 1:1 device operations during the school year. In addition, each school is assigned a Digital Device or Digital Support Ambassador.
